3.Domain Purchase Assistance

We can assist you in choosing and registering domains. If domain purchase is part of the service, you will retain ownership and control over the purchased domain(s). VerveBridge will facilitate registration but you will maintain control.

4.Hosting Solutions

Our hosting services are reliable and secure.

5.Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property developed during projects

6.Custom Software/App Development

We develop custom software and applications tailored to your specific needs.

7.Web Development

We create responsive and user-friendly websites.

8.Data Backup and Security

Regularly back up your data and maintain the security of your website or software. While VerveBridge may provide security measures, the responsibility for data protection lies with you.

9.Regular Communication

Maintain open communication with VerveBridge throughout the project to address any questions, concerns, or changes in requirements promptly. We respect client privacy and will not share sensitive information.

10.Maintenance and Updates

For services like web hosting and software development, agree upon a maintenance plan for updates, security patches, and ongoing support. We will provide regular updates on project progress and status.

11.Payment Terms

Adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule and terms as outlined in the contract. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services.

12.Ownership of Deliverables

Clarify ownership of deliverables such as software code, website content, or design elements. Ensure you have access to and rights over your assets after project completion.

13.Post-Service Responsibilities

Understand that after VerveBridge’s services end, you are responsible for managing content and any activities related to the delivered product. VerveBridge will not be liable for any actions taken by you or third parties post-service.

14.Reporting Issues

Promptly report any issues or concerns related to the services provided to VerveBridge for timely resolution. We welcome client feedback to continuously improve our services.

15.Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Please ensure that these guidelines are communicated clearly to clients before initiating any project.


What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue use of our services.


Please note that VerveBridge will not be responsible for any fraudulent or misleading activities that occur after services are completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ethical and legal use of the services provided.
